Hopped solely with Dolcita from kettle, dry hopping into the “Bio-Trans” process. With its complex profile of stone fruit, tropical, and sweet aromatics not is known for flavors and aromas of peach rings, caramelized pineapple, coconut, and orange, with a creamy, cocktail-like quality often compared to a piña colada or daiquiri.

On tap at 1516, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is pretty muted, with earthy hops, light citrus, and bready malt. Flavour is not all that expressive, with mineraly notes, bittering hops, and a touch of citrus. Mineraly, over-carbed, without any great hop expression. Not disastrous but really not great.
