It's eight days until the Winter Solstice occurs, for me it's occurring now in this dry tasting hoppy pale ale, which has a very traditional style, but depth to give a more towards seasonal taste and a spicy undercurrent. Deeper clear golden coloured and a touch bittered in aroma.

Amber gold with a frothy white head and sweet fruit malt on the nose. Sweet and malty with some floral hop character, a little hint of spice, finishes a little dry and bittersweet.
