Three Times Three Vol. 7 is the seventh chapter in a series by Omnipollo that acts as a creative union between friends across many borders.
For Volume 7, we were invited, along with five other breweries, to put our brains together to collaboratively dream up and design a single recipe...then we brewed it right here at Bellwoods!
The Bellwoods version is a bold, expressive Double IPA, using Citra Cryo and Nelson Sauvin Hop Kief, for notes of pineapple Crush, white roses, and that feeling when the sun tickles your cheek in the morning.
