A passion project from one of our Territory Account Managers, Mario, Xoloveza was inspired by his home country of Mexico and created to pay homage to the Day of the Dead holiday. This is our second year brewing this special beer, which is an imperial stout with vanilla, cinnamon, cacao nibs (from Chocosol Traders), habanero peppers, and rosita de cacao and a whole lot of love.

Curious what's in a name? Xoloveza comes from two Mexican emblems: "Xoloitzcuintle" (a Mexican hairless dog believed to guide souls to the next world) and "cerveza" (which means beer in Spanish).
