Mind the Hop is a Double IPA that really hits home for us. One of the first beers we ever made. MTH is Double Dry Hopped with Citra which gives it notes of citrus and tropical fruit salad. Light pine and a little bitterness help round it out.

Admin Note: Like other Aslin IPAs, recipes bounce back and forth between double dry-hopping and not. The cans aren't labeled differently.

Thanks JC. Loads of fruitiness, tropical, thick and juicy, little spicy almost. Bit of booziness. Nice. Lightly sharp, acid-reflux like! That's a bit weird...

Canned, 473 ml, trade with Mansquito. Shared with Max. Unclear deep orange with white head. Hoppy, some dankness, fruity, caramel, some ripe fruit, bit juicy, nice bitter finish. Medium bodied. Surprisingly sweet, but still tasty.

Pint can, from trade with mansquito, thanks. Pours hazy bright orange. Peach juice, caramel, golden syrup, booze, orange, lime rind, bit hot. Good soft body with low carbonation. Tasty.

Pours a very hazy, dark golden yellow, with smallish head. Aroma has citrus and tropical fruits and a punch of sour washcloth. Flavor is rather sweet, with citrus and tropical fruit flavors, a touch of sweetness, as well as a certain alcohol- or hop-burn flavor to the finish.

From a 16 oz. can. Pours a murky brownish gold with an off white head. Aroma of citrus and grass. Slightly sweet fruity flavor with a bitter after taste.

Can at dbarnolds. Murky orange. Super juicy aroma. Sweeter flavor, mild bitterness. Soft feel. A touch too sticky. Hides the ABV. Pretty tasty stuff.

Can shared in Buffalo. Pours orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Gooey citrus fruits in the nose, pine, bready malts. Medium to big sweet flavour, lots of ripe citrus, oily pine, marmalade. Full bodied, chewy, with fine carbonation. Resinous finish, really sweet, bready, some melon, pine, caramel. Just OK.
