pours yellow gold. not much head. apples some funk and a dry finish. not too bad

On tap @ Red Bear. Clear, vibrant, medium gold pour to the brim. Creamy, caramel-y, faintly buttery & thin, cooked cider. Juicy, bitter sharp leaning dry but back sweetened. Minerally with lots of skin & water. Watered down & thin, champagne yeast, weak carb. Sad shortcut on some good apples.

750ml bottle at the December 2016 DC area cider tasting. Poured a lightly hued yellow color with a small, fizzy body and not much head to speak of. Aroma was light funky notes. Light tartness, some light berry crispness. Floral notes.

From a bottle at the RB cider tasting December 2016. Pours a crystal clear with no head. Sweet apple aroma. Light apple flavors and dry finish.

Draft at the source. Clear golden color, sparkling. Aroma of tart apple skins. taste is dry, crisp, quick, light ginger spice. Nice.
