500ml bottle from Meggy's Cyder. Golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, papery funk. Taste is baked apple, core & skin, and with some woody funk, acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
