When three breweries from opposite sides of the world come together, you can expect something truly special. This collaboration unites Apus Brewing Co. (Latvia), PINTA Brewery (Poland) and Mount Brewing Co. (New Zealand) in crafting
a modern take on the classic pilsner.
Brewed with a trio of iconic New Zealand hops Riwaka, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin - this crisp and refreshing pilsner bursts with vibrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus zest, white grape and fresh-cut grass, all wrapped in a clean malt backbone. Smooth bitterness and a bright, dry finish make it endlessly drinkable, while the hop character showcases the unique terroir of New Zealand.

0.44 l can from 'Rebelbeercans', best before September 2026. Minimally hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral and a bit grassy aroma of gooseberry, lychee, some pineapple and a touch of fresh grass. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral and a bit grassy taste of grains, lychee, gooseberry, pineapple, some lemon and hints of fresh grass, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a bit dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, very smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Pleasant brew, a bit too sweet for the style maybe.

Fajne.
