660ml bottle into schooner glass. Bought at Super Cellars, Beverly Hills NSW. Nose is all rubber tyre and chlorine, eventually dying down to just tin and an odd sweet note. Amber beer, light carbonation, thin collar of suds. Flat mineral water taste followed by aluminium foil and iron filings. Seriously, the most metallic finish to any beer in the world......ever! There’s a little touch of sewer and bubblegum in the background as well. I wonder which ’American Style’ they were aiming at? MGD I assume.
