Dark yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. slightly alcoholic. Moderate sweet flavor. Average finish.A bit alcoholic. Creamy palate.

Clear amber, oily. Quite boozy in the nose. Ripe red apples, a little fruity spice. Sweet flavour, very warm, baked apples, raisins. I would have liked at little more apple character, but this is still very nice.

Bottle @ Martin tasting. Clear red without head. Aroma is sweet apples and alcohol. Flavor is very sweet and light acidic. Very sweet and light acidic finish with heavy alcohol. 221125
