Pint on tap at Basement Brewhouse, Bankstown. Cloudy amber beer with thin white cap of suds. Sour nose, like decaying fruit. Crisp cleansing taste. Sour yeasty finish with (very) late notes of melon and grapefruit. Yeasty as hell and a finish so lingering I could still taste it on the bus 1/2 an hour later.
