Pot on tap at brewery. Bronze coloured beer with small frothy head. High fine carbonation. Smells like Teh Halia. Strong ginger and syrup. Wow! Tastes like pancakes. Odd personal reference, but it's Changi food centre meets Pancake Manor. Nice lacing, touches of maple, clove, dough. Finish is tannic. Magnificent!
