Top-fermented pale ale. The West Coast IPA beer style originated on the West Coast of the USA. This time, we chose hop varieties with aromas of citrus, stone fruit, pine and sweet fruit for cold hopping. Everything is nicely complemented by high bittemess.

Med body, med-low carbo. Med bitterness, light cara sweetness. Restrained hops character, medium resiny, vaguely citrusy hops character. Drinkable, but boring, lacking cojones.

13° West Coast IPA at Na Solnici. Cleeeear golden body, white head. Berry and light resinous herbal aroma. Lean, dry, lightish herbal, earthy, resinous taste, borderline dank, actually more modern WC than most modern Euro takes. Solid bitterness going into the aftertaste. Nice!
