Tap at IBC in Osaka, award ceremony. A saison with Osmanthus flowers added. Bright gold, clear. Crisp malty nose, Belgian yeast but not too yeasty, citrus hops and a hint of osmanthus. Clean, crisp flavor. A very clean base saison with just a hint of osmanthus. Really well done for a new brewery.
