Brewed with our good friends at Iron Flamingo Brewery, this sour ale received several pounds of Corn Pop cereal early in the brewing process, and then got a healthy dose of Columbus & Nelson hops.

Juicy acidity melding with bright hops. Pretty strange combo here but it works to not be too WC or too NE. Cracker and white bread from the malt balances.
Bigger maltiness in the mouth gives a great backdrop for the bright, juicy acidity and clean, fruity hops. Not too much pine or grapefruit, but also not so intensely soft and fruity. Very flavorful and balanced. Reminds of Hudson Valley's stuff, but less lactose character, perhaps, than a lot of theirs.
