A little over a decade ago, I started experimenting with conditioning barrel-aged barleywine on various varietals of nuts. I found the the caramel quality of the barleywine really complimented the toasty nuttiness of many different types of nuts. This blend showcases munichwine and barleywine and is finished on almonds, pecans, and hazelnuts. Path To Horizon will be a real treat over the holidays.
