For this new vintage of Cosmic Echoes, I decided to go back to year one and create a blend of just stout and barleywine. This reimagining of B1 has more depth and barrel time than the beer that was released in November of 2020. The blend leads with big chocolate notes accompanied by caramel, some dark fruit, and a toasty nuttiness that ties it all together.
