We brewed this Brazilian style kettle soured wheat ale together with Late Addition Brewing. A fruited sour beer that first emerged in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. Guava and Dragon fruit lead the way with a light fruity sweetness and finishes with a clean mildly tart snap
