Spodně kvašená jedenáctka se zemitou hořkostí. Jedenáctky jsou mezi piva píči čím dál více oblíbené. Je to takový zlatý střed, pro ty, kterým se zdá desítka málo a dvanáctka moc 🙂.

750ml Bottle - (Pivo Grando, Prague) - Golden with a white head. Honey and hints of grass in the aroma. The taste is malty and slightly vegetal. Gaia has disappointed me so far. Maybe it is better for bittering as the bitterness here is quite pleasant.

0.75l at Pivo Grando with SaintMatty. Chill hazy golden body, white head.... And the aroma is... oh my... DMS and green apple. Bit oxidized milk-caramelly taste, good herbal bitter finish... The Gaia bitterness is the best aspect, but the rest is questionable.
