Our usual Grisette staple was brewed with rice instead of wheat for a change towards a lighter and drier body. It then spent several weeks on fresh rhubarb before being blended with some stock of sour beer that had spent one year one grape pomace.
It is a light and delicate beer where our Grisette base shines in all its quaffable glory with fresh juicy rhubarb on top.
