Sour beer + peaches + spent rhubarb, 4.8%
This is a blend of barrel-aged sour beer and fresh Grisette brewed with corn. It then spent some time on the rhubarb lees of l'Estampie and received an addition of fresh white peaches and vineyard peaches.
It is a delicately fruity and deliciously complex beer with tart rhubarb taking a backseat to the light peach addition and the dry and funky base beer.
