Bottle at Right Proper. Cloudy pale yellow color, few disappearing bubbles. Aroma of light cheese and lemon. Taste has light barnyard, dusty lemons. Very easy drinking.

27/11 0.75 l bottle, I believe from one butchery in Bilbao. Underground status of ciders in Basque country quite surprised me, as this is supposed to be THE drink of the area. It poured hazy golden body with very tiny head, even when high poured. A bit stale aroma of apple and barnyard. Flavor was sour, less stale, apple, leathery and corky. I liked the additional yeast note, like in lambics. Unfortunately quite thin in body with moderate tart apple finish. Not bad, although far from anything special.
