Pours hazy golden with no head. Aroma and taste: sour apples, sulfur and barnyard. Dry and sour. Refreshing.

Bottle at XXX, in Oviedo, Spain, poured in the traditional way (escanciador). Pours pale yellow, with minimum foam. Aroma is apple, pretty acidic. Body is fairly light with moderate carbonation. Taste is limited sweet, moderately sour. Finish is fairly long and sour.

On tap at Schilling Cider House - PDX, pours a clear copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry apples, with a touch of acidity. Flavour is bone dry and champagne-like, with horse blanket, cedar, dry wood and acidic apples. Complex and multi-layered. Excellent.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy golden Cider, no head. Mild tart apples in the aroma, sulfur. Taste of mild tart apples, dry apples, sulfur, easy to drink.

Many thanks to fombe89 for this 70cl bottle. Fresh appley sulphur nose. The Sidra starts mild carbonated and round sourish. Fresh and tart, Sour smooth, round and refreshing with a nice fruity sourness in the aftertaste. Refreshing with hints of tannins in the back, sulphur, fruitiness, nice!

Tap, 6% @ ANXO, Washington, DC. Pours clear, slightly oily pale golden with no head. Mild aroma of sweetish apples with hints of fermentation. Sweetish flavour of apples with mild notes of yeast. Rough, semisweet aftertaste. Not bad but I have tasted better ciders.

2 oz pour on draft at ANXO. Clear light yellow with off-white ring. Aromas of apples, light funk. Tastes of apples, funk, light spice. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottle. Clear golden color, still. Aroma of leathery apple skin, cheese. Taste is dry, tannic, light funk, balanced. Nice.

Bottle from Alcampo. Traditionally poured. Hazy light yellow greenish colour. Nose is initially dusty, sour apple, slightly acidic, very pleasant. Flavour is green apples, vinegar, fairly sour, very dry, subdued sweetness. Slightly sour, acidic finish. A bit lacking in body.
