Our Imperial Stout rested in Maderia Barrels for a year. In that time, it has seeped deep into the wood to coax out the deep burnt sugar and caramelised peach notes you would expect from a fine Maderia. These layered on top of an already unctuous, rich chocolatey imperial stout takes the brew to to another level.
