Bottle from Against The Grain. Hazy to murky ruby body with a pale pink head. No visible carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of ripe cherries and candy. Flavour of juicy cherries, cranberry and an oaky finish. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. This is stunning, and justifies the £10 per bottle price. Holy Goat are one of Scotland’s top breweries - they produce very special beers.
