An intercontinental farmhouse ale collaboration; brewed in the Navy Yard with American army expat Justin Hawke, owner & head brewer of Moor Beer Company (Bristol, England); soured in our horizontal lacto tank, hopped with Chinook, Hersbrucker & the Falconer's Flight hop blend, then slowly fermented & aged in stainless with a blend of farmhouse ale yeasts & our house strain of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for 3 months; tart, herbal, earthy, evocative.

4 oz draft at ChurchKey, from notes from October 28, 2015. Poured a hazy orange color with a small off-white head. Aroma was floral notes. Light fruity character come through as it warms. Tasty, not a lot of tart character to it right now.

Bottle thanks to Phil. Pours a hazy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong eggplant and cheese. Thin mouth, funk, yeast, light finish, decent.
