Opaque colour, small beige head. Toasted, a bit ashy aroma. Light-bodied.Smooth, roasted, ashy stout flavour. Lingering toastyness and bitterness in the aftertaste. Clean, solid stout.

Smell of roasted malt, ash. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, hops, ash. Very bitter. Lively carbon.

Draft @ Hophaus, Kuopio.
Brune léger, col beige crémeux.
Arôme sur un agréable bouquet malté - caramélisé, grillé, pas mal de houblons sur le terreux.
Palais est sur un bon stout classique - sec, bien caramel, pointe de toffee, touche de chocolaté. Houblonné se ressent bien avec une touche terreuse qui balance le côté malté. C'est d'ailleurs à ce niveau que je touche un côté caramélisé, réglisse, cendre brûlée avec un léger effet suret de baies noires.

(Cask at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20251130) The beer poured black. Its head was small and white. Aroma had burnt malts, coffee and lightly chocolate. Palate was medium bodied and dry with low carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, coffee, earth, light sweetness and medium bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, earth and bitterness. A tasty and balanced burnt brew.
