Inspired by the dark beers of Poland, this Baltic-style porter is a showcase of Polish ingredients and brewing techniques. Flavors of chocolate and molasses greet the palate, followed by an herbal and subtle stone fruit hop flavor and finishes with caramelized sugar, roasted malt, and firm bitterness. A beer whose origins come from English strong porters that were exported to a region where lager brewing was more common, thus a lager yeast fermented strong porter was born.
