Bottle at home in London - sourced from Offie & Toffee. Pours mostly clear gold, highly effervescent, with a frothy, pure white head. Light doughy wheat in the aroma, some hay, lemon peel, white grape. Light to medium sweet flavour with nice biscuity and wheaty notes, light bitter hay and grass, mild yeast expression, tangerine. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Quite clean on the finish, well balanced, with more citrusy notes, moderate wheat sugars, more biscuits, straw. Hugely drinkable.

Appearance is cloudy, light, golden/straw coloured, a big pillowy white head. Aroma- citrus fruit, yeast, coriander, lemons, hint of champagne. Taste- spritzy fruit, lemons, fruit juice, white wine, creamy bready malt background, fruity finish. Almost no bitterness, very soft carbonation.

Draft at IMBC 2015 courtesy of the brewers, thank you gentlemen! Hazy golden color, fluffy white head. Nice peppery, dusty aroma. Taste is funky attic corners and barnyard dust, summer fruit. A proper saison.
