Crosby Estate, Amarillo CGX, Cryo Mosaic.
Recall the cut and grain of old wood—steady, marked, and once central. Flavors and aromas like pulpy orange, honeyed rind, and a green edge that holds firm.

Draught @ Clark Street Ale House, Chicago IL (Dec 2025). Hazy dull dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter citrus peel taste with a bit of mango, smooth body, long finish. Solid NEIPA.
