A focused symbiosis of wild ale and raspberry.
Framboos is a blend of wild ales aged one to four years in oak barrels. It was refermented with a generous amount of organic raspberries (300 grams per liter) and a touch of red wine grapes to add extra depth and complexity.

Bottle shared thanks to Thijs. Bit hazy deep deep ruby. Massive massive raspberry, soft funk, wheat, maybe some grapes but this is mostly massive raspberry fruit. Medium sour, less sweet. Over medium bodied. Extremely fruity. Great.

Bottle, directly from TS release. Color: Hazy pink-purple, stable pink head. Aroma: Raspberry, funk. Taste: Medium to over medium tartness, a lot of raspberry, some red grape, subtle rural funk. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Puckering mouthfeel.
