Fat Bryggarhunden Malmö. Doftar åhhh blåbärspaj precis som i Twin peaks . Öhh eller ja doft tv fanns ju ej då på den tiden Twin peaks gick . Men ni fattar. Smaken ??

A black beer, a head is brown and quite small. Huge aroma, chocolate, nuts, some blueberries and vanilla, hint of cheesecake. Taste has chocolate, liquirice, nuts and blueberries. Not too sweet and also some bittterness. Slightly warming in the throat. Full bodied, not stickyness. All these dessert beers from Omnipollo are just ingreadible, also this. Marvellous beer.

0,33l bottle at home. Couldnt find a BB date. black color, small very dark coffee-colored head. smells of licorice, vanilla, nutty, hazelnut, light berry notes, light coconut. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of vanilla, some nuts, licorice, caramel, berry notes, light blueberries, caramel, light chocolate. finishes lightly bitter with notes of vanilla and blueberries. at first vanilla was too present, but once it warms up very nice berry notes come through, weird but also very unique. very nice, very unique stuff.

330mL bottle, pours jet black with a medium dark brown head -- man, that's dark. Aroma smells just like a decadent cheesecake with plenty of blueberries. Flavour is rich and decadent, with lots of cheesecake, moderate blueberry presence, medium-heavy sweetness, and an ample warming effect. Slick, oily palate, with a lingering sweet and boozy finish. Decadent, somewhat brutal and nearing cloyingly sweet, but delightful to sip very slowly.

330 ml bottle from Saveur Bière, bb 19-09-2026. Thanks to Werckmeister!
Black body, with a small, dense, creamy, moderately lacing, coffee-colored head.
Aroma of blueberries, milk chocolate, cocoa, toffee, some cheese, some coffee, subtle alcohol.
Lovely, smooth taste with similar aromas, sweet, with lots of blueberries and a bit more alcohol.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, alcohol warming, astringent, a bit dry, with blueberries, cocoa, some wood, slight roast.

Very tasty! Sweet, but well balanced, never too sticky. Lots of blueberries, combined with chocolatey notes and roastiness from the background. Alcohol provides some warmth, but is well dosed. Another highly unique Imperial Stout by this brewery, propably not for everyone’s taste, but I enjoyed it a lot!

Draught at Gollem in Antwerp. Very dense, thick, regular, brownish beige head resting on a jet black beer. Intense and wonderfully rich ’decadent’ dessert aroma of blueberry crumble and blueberry bavarois, melting dark chocolate and chocolate cake, coffee liqueur, vanilla, cheesecake indeed, cognac, pipe tobacco, toffee, burnt toast. Candied sweet onset, molten candy bar-like effect, candied fig, raisins, dried banana, utterly creamy, thick, ’heavy’ but smooth and oily mouthfeel, low in carbo and leaving thick trail of caramelly, heavily chocolatey and eventually beautifully roasted bitter, coffeeish malts on the tongue’s surface, completely filling the mouth cavity, the sweetness being balanced by the roasted, even slightly ashy bitterness in the end as well as warming, brandy-like alcohol and a dash of spicy hops; vanilla and blueberry rise up retronasally. Liquid dessert of the type Omnipollo (and Dugges) are cultivating as a new Swedish substyle of imperial stout (think Yellow Belly, the Noas etc.) - opulent, decadent and capable of replacing a complete dessert all by its own. I like this, and am looking forward to the variations on this theme Henok and the others may come up with in the future. Delightful!
