Draft @ Mason & Company, Hackney Wick E15. Pours a hazy red color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart woody cherry aroma. Fruity sour tart woody cherry flavor with hints of bourbon. Has a fruity sour tart woody cherry finish.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear golden reddish orange with no head. Aromas of cherry, oak, light vanilla. Tastes of tart cherry, light oak, tart acidic notes, light vinegar. Barrel character seems fairly light. Medium body with a dry finish. Pretty nice, could use more bourbon character.

Keg at Brewdog Shepโs Bush. Light hazed amber orange pink coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is woody oak, tangy cherry, sweet vanilla notes. Flavour is woody tannin, cherry tangy, little mouldy wood, hint of booze. Palate is tangy woody, highish carbonation. Little yogurt funk, semi sweet. OK.

Keg at BDSB - London. Pours clear, matte pink with a light, white foam head. The nose has some cherry skin, light wood, earth, herbs. Light sweet flavor with mellow acidity, tannins, some dried cherry, a little lemon. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, dry and quenching, with further dried berries, tannins, lemony tartness, faint leather. Very good.
