Flavour is composed watery pear, tangy, prickly pear, hint of spicy vinegar. Woody pear. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, lowish mellow carbonation. Ok.

BIAB at Station House, Durham. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and soured pear aroma. Taste is pear, sour vingeary, with leathery barnyard funk. Light bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry vinegary sour finish. Quite OK.
