With autumn truly here, we wanted to brew something to take you briefly back to a bright, sunlit summer! For that, a pineapple-led, tropical fruit medley of a beer was the aim. We've used Dolcita and Bru-1, both famous for their pineapple forward character, with a touch of Nectaron for a sweet mandarin finish.

Flint Glass is used in lenses, unfittingly I drank this wearing contacts. Mildly hazed golden coloured. Steady west coast styling, but very drinkable. Has a hoppy-sweetness, but remains a crisp keg pour.
