Man, Beast and Bird is our Imperial Stout Series inspired by the Whiskey Rebellion, which some events took place in the Mon Valley.

For the second of the series, this Imperial Stout is loaded with an absurd amount of Toasted Coconut, Cacao Nibs and Vanilla, rounded out with a variety of specialty malts, local Rye and Malted Wheat. This beer is thick, chewey and dangerously drinkable with all the flavors you would expect. Big notes Mounds and Samoa Cookies.
