Beer Lab for October 2025 is a series of beers with a cocktail theme, created in collaboration with Duck and Cover cocktail bar in Copenhagen. Each has been brewed with a different tincture made by Duck and Cover, yielding remarkable and singular flavours.

Fizz Wizzard is a sour gruit, featuring a liquorice tincture from Duck and Cover, alongside raspberry and lemon purées. A gruit is an ancient style of beer, predating the use of hops, and using various herbs instead. For this version we used bog myrtle, adding a little bitterness to balance the sweetness of the fruit, and adding a unique herbal flavour that complements the liquorice.
