Peanut Butter & Raspberry Porter - GLUTEN FREE!
Too often, people think of gluten free beers as lacking something; this series aims to change that misconception. Each one is also brewed with different seasonal fruits, all in different styles. These are GF beers, but that's not what defines them.
Good.Food is a porter brewed with eight different malts, creating a complex base with flavours like biscuit & chocolate. We added raspberry and peanut, which both work beautifully alongside these dark rich flavours. The raspberry adds a refreshing tartness to more classic porter flavours, while addition of lactose alongside peanut accentuates the beer's smooth mouthfeel, reminiscent of peanut butter.
