“CRYOSLEEP” is a Bourbon-Barrel Aged Doppelbock and we’re so excited that it feels like something is about to burst out of our chests!Complex notes of dried Plums and Raisins wrapped in Tobacco Leaf and dipped in Bourbon, some Brown Bread with a Melon jam lightly basted on there, a deep and everlasting Malty mid-palate that just dances between dangerously quaffable and “Oh, shit, this is a big’un” while never veering too far into thick-chocolate Stout-ville, some of that classic smoky Rye Whiskey kick we all know and love, and some absolutely beautiful Vanilla Oaky tannins that really do tie the whole room together.

16 oz can. Aroma has notes of coconut, vanilla, wood, bourbon, toffee, raisin, overripe plum. Pours murky root beer brown with a thin collapsing beige head. Taste is sweet and caramelly with lovely bourbon barrel notes. This is really good. Probably the first bourbon barrel aged doppelbock I’ve had so it gets brownie points for being unique, and even more for pulling it off and making such a tasty drink.
