Light golden to yellow with a fast escaping white head.
Nose is mellow apples, herb, hedgerow, straw.
Taste comprises apple pulp, grass, light sugars, faint green berries, herb.
Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close.
Not bad.

750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. Hazy yellow colour, white foam head and aroma of apple, flesh, citric. Taste is appley, tangy, citrusy, white grape,, with herby, mineral notes and tart acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
