By now anyone familiar with our brewery, is probably familiar with one of our most popular beer series: It's Cobblerin' Time. For those beers we kettle sour a bready, crust flavored base, add fruit, cinnamon, and vanilla, and voila - in a few weeks you've got cobbler in a glass. This beer is a bit different.
A Cobbler In Time takes the same concept, but puts the focus on the extended fermentation in oak barrels with wild yeast and bacteria,
with the fruit and spices accentuating the beer. We think this is a delicious, and exciting new take on an old favorite. Enjoy.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is Pleasant Cherry, oak and bugs. The flavor is a wonderful balance of said oak, cherry, funky yeast. The oak is tart and the cherry is mildly tart. Quite a excellent brew!!

Bottle from source: pours light red with white head. Nice mix of cherry and cinnamon over the barrel-aged funkiness. Taste is moderately tart, but balanced a little with the sweetness.
