Our Pre-Prohibition style Blonde Ale was the first beer we made with All New Mexico grown ingredients. Light malt characteristics with flavors of wheat and biscuit stand up to the breezy hop aromas. Crafted with locally grown Pilsner and Vienna malt and our homegrown Chinook hops for a touch of bitterness, the Blonde Ale is balanced, approachable and refreshingly effervescent.

A new brewery in Santa Fe, to me at least. I found a pint can at a Total Wine in Albuquerque in the fall this year, ready to give it a try. My Great Heights tulip glass receives the pour and I promptly smell apricots, grain and a light touch of hops. The color of the brew is sopapilla according to the brewery and there is no disagreement from me. I see a modest skim of absolutely white, very fine bubbles. I have a drink and find the taste to be modest also. Malt, yellow fruit, straw, a small hops bitterness and a likewise small honey sweetness. Decent enough, better than average in the style.
