Every now and then, the brew team stumble across a hop combo that just clicks — one that feels so naturally in tune, so effortlessly harmonious, it’s almost meditative. Sereniel is exactly that moment of calm in liquid form; an IPA designed to balance the intensity of flavour we’re known for with a sense of tranquil, easy-drinking composure.
Built around the cornerstone of our brewery in Mosaic — bringing its trademark medley of juicy tangerine, blueberry, and bubblegum sweetness — we’ve layered in the lush new-school vibrancy of Dolcita for a silken sweep of pineapple, peach and soft tropical cream.
To complete the trio, we couldn’t resist a final flourish of Citra, lending its signature clarity of citrus, lime zest and freshly squeezed orange that ties everything together in perfect sync. A beer that drifts effortlessly between bright and mellow, punchy and poised; Sereniel is our ode to balance — a soft, sunlit IPA where every note lands exactly where it’s meant to.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine minerally carbonation. Smooth light pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. The trio of hops bring cooling pine. Dolcita coconut obvious but, oddly less punchy than the Polly IPA with Sabro I necked just before this. Soft layered citrus, decent pineapple late on. Whisper of modern Mosaic candy fruits. Light finish. Pleasant and drinkable but, the Dolcita had its feet up and was well into its afternoon break.
