Blik via de brouwerij, thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een troebel kersenrood bier met een volle roze schuim. Het heeft een aroma van fris zure frambozen. De smaak is vol fruitig, aardbei en framboos.

pours darker pink / purple. Stable pink head, medium sized, pillowy. Scent shows berries mostly, but quite generic, not as specific I could recognize them blindly. Taste is farily thin, thyme quite expressed, to my surprise, overpowering the fruityness even. Thinner body, medium carbo. Not great, in terms of balance or body or intensity - but also not off.
