Something special happens each autumn. For around 6 weeks a year we get the chance to make a beer with fresh hops before the harvesting season is over. And by fresh, we mean fresh. Local Ernest hops from Kent along with handpicked First Gold & Cascade hops from local allotments in Sydenham made it from the field to our copper in less than 36 hours. The result? A fresh-hopped, zingy and zesty 4% pale which showcases modern UK hop varieties at their freshest and finest.

On tap at the Ignition Brewery Taproom, Sydenham. Wheaty, citrusy aromas. Taste is peach, tropical fruits, orange, apricot. Taste is peach, mango, pa,pineapple. Good fruity brew. Flavours certainly better than the aroma. Fruity bittersweet finish.
