For our 11th birthday, we present a special release that explores platonic forms; the underlying, unchanging concepts that exist beneath all things. Our most decadent stout to date, and worth waiting for after being aged in a blend of five different bourbon and rum barrels. Fresh additions of cacao, vanilla and ice cream takes luxury to the next level.

Ingredients: Barley, Wheat, Oats, Lactose, Soy, Coffee, Cacao Nibs, Vanilla, Biscuit

Pours jet black with no head. Aroma is chocolate, marzipan, fudge brownie, ice cream, hint of banana, vanilla. Taste is sweet chocolate marzipan hit then the rum BA profile comes through as does some bourbon. This is really good stuff.

2/3/2026. Bottle shared by LazyPyro, cheers Chris. Thick pour with no head. Super aroma. Rich chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, touch nutty, chocolate cake, marzipan, woody notes, rum and raisin ice cream. Delicious sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Thick bodied, super smooth, no carbonation. Quite an exquisite one.

My 10000th unique rating according to Brewver.
375ml bottle courtesy of Krisz grabbing this from Track's taproom for me.
Pours almost black with a bit of a dirty bubbly brown head.
Aroma of boozy bourbon, rum, chocolate ice cream, dark/dried fruits, mild coffee.
Taste is very rich, yes this is decadent, bourbon and rum-soaked chocolate ice cream, sweet sticky syrup, raisins and other dried fruits (dates?), vanilla, coffee, oak, some biscuit, pretty boozy but in a very pleasant, warming way.
Very smooth, full bodied.
Outstanding. Seriously impressive stuff. Yes it's massively on the sweet side but the sheer depth of flavour and great boozy barrel presence make it work so well for me. It's been a long time since I rated a pastry stout this highly!
