Between risk and control, between the classic and the modern. Exactly where the jump happens.
Mind the Gap reinterprets the West Coast with an uncommon grist: lager malt, chit, wheat, and T-50, bringing a golden, crisp body with a touch of sweetness.
A dry hop of Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra Lupomax, and Strata adds tropical, citrusy, and slightly dank layers that float like power-ups on an impossible level.
Balanced, modern, and fine-tuned to perfection, this beer plays on the edge of the void and lands in style.

On tap at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, light piney and whiff of caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, resinous, light piney, notes of caramel and earthy touch in the finish.

On tap at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Clear golden, small off-white head. Lightly hoppy, soft tropical notes, some zest, some herbs. Soft touch of resin. Bitter. Smooth. Aroma is malts, resin, herbs and fruit. Medium body. Slightly creamy. Bitter.

Tap at Goblet. Hazy golden body, off-white thick head. Earthy resinous sweetish aroma. Minerally, resinous earthy lean sweetish taste, lean, dry. Fun, but... Kinda nice really, but too simple.
