Un stout noir profond, brassé en collaboration avec le Bierbuik. Nous avons ajouté des coquilles d’huîtres pour un twist salé et umami. Les malts torréfiés apportent des notes de café et de cacao, relevées par une subtile minéralité marine. Une rencontre entre terre et mer, à la fois riche, ronde et surprenante.

Black with a beige head. Roasted malts, lightly sour, some smoked malt, burnt malt, a touch of sweetness, cocoa. Medium to full bodied. Finish has some sweet notes and light saltiness. Nice.

On tap at Bierbuik Lille. Black coloured, small brown head, chocolate and mild roasty nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, touch of smoke and subdued salty notes with dry bitterish finish.
