A bright IPA showcasing all Tassie hops. Dip-hopped with AU Cascade, then dry-hopped with Cascade and Enigma.
Expect pinot gris aromatics with a melon and citrus lift, and a subtle floral finish.
HOPS: Cascade AU, Enigma, Enigma SPECTRUM

(Can) Pours slightly hazy amber brown with big off-white head. Lovely aroma. Grapes, white wine, melon, bread. Smooth medium body with great carbonation. Excellent taste too. Quite a lot going on. The start, like the aroma, is fruity with sweet wine wine notes. There’s some good malt in the mid plate and a growing herbal and peppery bitterness. Very good.

Can, their Advent box. Clear amber, an inch of white head. More viognier than pinot gris aroma - white grapes, stone & tropical fruit, some citrus, some grass. A bit of stickiness to the breadcrust complements the fruit nicely and the grass creeps up towards the fairly bitter finish. Sophisticated.
