A blend of our mixed fermentation Saison racked onto freshly pressed Bacchus grape skins from Flint Vineyard. Big flavours of grapefruit, citrus and elderflower from the grapes shine through on a lightly tart base.

Bottle as GMcG Advent Day 5. Lightly hazed golden with a slim white head. Aroma and taste are dry some tannin and fruity with a slight sourness. Some funky aromas. Crisp body.
